El Gobierno Provincial inici\u00f3 la segunda etapa del proyecto de urbanizaci\u00f3n integral de la Chola, con obras de infraestructura y equipamiento que impactar\u00e1n en la calidad de vida de 452 familias de la ciudad que viven en el barrio. La inversi\u00f3n asciende los 305 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La segunda etapa de este proyecto de urbanizaci\u00f3n inici\u00f3 a principios de julio de este a\u00f1o, en el marco del Plan Provincial de H\u00e1bitat del INVICO, con financiamiento del Gobierno Provincial y el Banco Internacional de Reconstrucci\u00f3n y Fomento (BIRF). Las obras licitadas abarcan redes de servicios b\u00e1sicos, mejoras para el barrio, y la regularizaci\u00f3n dominial de los lotes, incluyendo; redes de agua potable, cloaca, tendido el\u00e9ctrico de baja tensi\u00f3n, desag\u00fces pluviales, rampas, peatonales, alumbrado p\u00fablico y conexiones domiciliarias. Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto tiene la particularidad de incluir equipamiento comunitario, por lo que se realizar\u00e1 un play\u00f3n deportivo, una plaza y un boulevard sobre Avenida Iber\u00e1, sumando un nuevo espacio p\u00fablico a los vecinos de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La primera etapa del proyecto fue inaugurada en abril de 2021 por el Gobernador de la Provincia, Dr. Gustavo Adolfo Vald\u00e9s. La misma incluye obras de infraestructura b\u00e1sica, 31 viviendas y obras complementarias, abarcando un total de 1.360 metros de red de agua potable y 1.529 metros de cloaca, 1.100 metros de cord\u00f3n cuneta, 370 metros de desag\u00fces pluviales, 225 metros de veredas municipales, y un tendido el\u00e9ctrico de 1500 metros de media tensi\u00f3n, 298 metros de baja tensi\u00f3n, y la colocaci\u00f3n de tres subestaciones transformadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe destacar que las obras se realizan en el marco de mesas de Gesti\u00f3n que est\u00e1n constituidas por distintos actores locales, debido a que el proyecto busca fomentar el trabajo integral y participativo para transformar la Chola en un barrio en el cual las familias cuenten con la regularizaci\u00f3n dominial de sus lotes y los servicios necesarios para mejorar el h\u00e1bitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el marco del inicio de obras de la segunda etapa el Interventor de INVICO, Dr. Lizardo Germ\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez recorri\u00f3 el barrio junto al equipo t\u00e9cnico del Instituto de Vivienda de Corrientes, entre los que se encontraban el Asesor T\u00e9cnico, Arq. Julio Veglia; el Gerente de Programas Autogestivos, Ing. Jos\u00e9 Fiat; la Gerente de Promoci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Socio Habitacional Lic. Ver\u00f3nica Cuenca y otros integrantes del equipo de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
