La apertura de ofertas estuvo a cargo del Ministerio de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos (MOSP), a trav\u00e9s de su Unidad de Arquitectura Hospitalaria (UAH), \u00e1rea que tendr\u00e1 a cargo adem\u00e1s la supervisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los trabajos.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acto licitatorio se realiz\u00f3 en&nbsp;el sal\u00f3n Iber\u00e1 del MOSP y estuvo presidida por la titular de la UAH, arq. Griselda Perrota con la participaci\u00f3n de tres empresas oferentes. La obra&nbsp;tiene un presupuesto oficial de 153.776.313,12 y un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 540 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las Obras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Hospital Dr. Fernando Irastorza fue creciendo de manera espont\u00e1nea incorporando espacios de acuerdo a la demanda, quedando de esta manera un nosocomio con una configuraci\u00f3n anacr\u00f3nica y sin la posibilidad de una funcionalidad adecuada lo que demanda hoy la necesidad de una reorganizaci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n de actividades compatibles para su mejor funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas obras licitadas ampliar\u00e1n la&nbsp;Planta Alta del centro de salud, localizando el \u00e1rea administrativa que actualmente se encuentra dispersa en el resto del hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n propone tambi\u00e9n un acceso jerarquizado, un Hall de espera en doble altura con iluminaci\u00f3n y ventilaci\u00f3n natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el sector de Admisi\u00f3n, ubicado en la Planta Baja se realiza una nueva bater\u00eda de ba\u00f1os p\u00fablicos con la posibilidad de ventilaci\u00f3n natural y un acceso directo desde la Admisi\u00f3n y la Sala de Espera. Por medio de esta configuraci\u00f3n se lograr\u00e1 un acceso a Consultorios, Diagn\u00f3stico por Imagen y Laboratorio de una manera controlada a trav\u00e9s de la Admisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo se ampliar\u00e1&nbsp;la capacidad de consultorios incorporando 6 (seis) unidades nuevas de atenci\u00f3n. Actualmente el hospital cuenta con 11 consultorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trabajos adem\u00e1s se concentrar\u00e1n en el \u00e1rea de Laboratorio con los espacios para las prestaciones necesarias para la escala de este hospital.
