P\u00fablicos, bajo la direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica&nbsp;de su Coordinaci\u00f3n de Proyectos, quien&nbsp;fuera la encargada, adem\u00e1s, de llevar adelante el dise\u00f1o de este emprendimiento con el consenso de los diferentes sectores involucrados en su contralor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno Provincial est\u00e1 ejecutando en forma simult\u00e1nea diferentes obras&nbsp;que dar\u00e1n cuerpo&nbsp;paulatinamente el complejo cultural, recreativo&nbsp;y comercial \u201cGauchito Gil\u201d sobre Ruta Nacional 123, pr\u00f3ximo a la ciudad de Mercedes, especialmente dise\u00f1ado para veneraci\u00f3n de esa figura religiosa&nbsp;y por su estrat\u00e9gica ubicaci\u00f3n pr\u00f3xima al Portal del Iber\u00e1 &#8211; Carlos Pellegrini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto cuenta actualmente con dos etapas en desarrollo, una es la construcci\u00f3n del Portal de Acceso y dos m\u00f3dulos institucionales y sanitarios, los cuales est\u00e1n en proceso de levantado de paredes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta etapa convergen cuatro obras diferentes, la construcci\u00f3n de dos m\u00f3dulos, el portal de acceso y los trabajos de&nbsp;electrificaci\u00f3n del Predio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, dentro de estos trabajos se lleva adelante la realizaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;una perforaci\u00f3n de longitud profunda, a fin de garantizar el suministro de agua y la construcci\u00f3n de un tanque cisterna&nbsp;para su dep\u00f3sito,&nbsp;que abastecer\u00e1 a los sanitarios que est\u00e1n en construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto la otra etapa de trabajos, consiste en la realizaci\u00f3n de veredas y&nbsp;acondicionamiento de espacio p\u00fablico de acceso a los m\u00f3dulos que se construyen, as\u00ed como a los m\u00f3dulos de expositores, obra que comenzar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto el ministro del \u00e1rea, Claudio Polich, destac\u00f3 \u201cel prop\u00f3sito de estas obras son principalmente generar \u00e1reas ordenadas en el predio y su entorno y&nbsp;facilitar al visitante espacios apropiados y c\u00f3modos para una apropiada&nbsp;veneraci\u00f3n al Gaucho Gil\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proyecto integral<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto, en pleno desarrollo, prev\u00e9 la creaci\u00f3n de un centro cultural y comercial en el predio de 25 hect\u00e1reas que&nbsp;le fuera donado a la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Gauchito Gil, ubicado a la vera de la ruta nacional 123, kil\u00f3metro 101, donde se ubica el monumento hoy del Gaucho Gil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este trabajo de planificaci\u00f3n y desarrollo urbano, prev\u00e9 una zonificaci\u00f3n integral del predio, generando un Plan Maestro que permita la inclusi\u00f3n de todas las actividades y servicios necesarios para valorizar y fortalecer el culto y veneraci\u00f3n al Gaucho Gil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido se proyecta un acceso seguro al predio sin obstaculizar la circulaci\u00f3n de la ruta nacional 123, con lo cual se desarrollar\u00e1&nbsp;un eje Comercial perpendicular al camino nacional, con una avenida&nbsp;parquizada y otro eje, de \u00edndole cultural, tambi\u00e9n perpendicular a la RNN\u00b0123, con una avenida de 25 metros parquizada, y un eje Cultural perpendicular al eje central de esa avenida, de recorrido y veneraci\u00f3n al Gaucho Gil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La urbanizaci\u00f3n del sector se completar\u00eda con amanzanamientos de 1Ha divididos por calles de 15 metros de ancho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto inicial y en plena etapa de desarrollo, prev\u00e9 sectores y espacio de actividades tales como: Zona de veneraci\u00f3n del Monumento del Gaucho Gil y un sector de Santuario y otro de Ofrendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se prev\u00e9 museos y centros de interpretaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como \u00e1reas Comerciales, Gastron\u00f3micas y estacionamientos para Autos y Colectivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, est\u00e1 pensada tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;la construcci\u00f3n de un aforo central (plaza principal), plazas recreativas y espacios gastron\u00f3micos complementarios, as\u00ed como un sector hotelero, \u00e1reas de servicios comunes (ba\u00f1os y vestuarios) y una sala de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"434\"
