Tuvo como tem\u00e1tica central la \u00abEducaci\u00f3n Inclusiva\u201d, presentada por la provincia de La Pampa a trav\u00e9s del director general de Transversalidad de Educaci\u00f3n Inclusiva, Ladio Scheer Becher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participaron todos los representantes de discapacidad de cada provincia del pa\u00eds y adem\u00e1s del t\u00f3pico principal, se abord\u00f3 entre otros temas, el Certificado \u00danico de Discapacidad (CUB), vida independiente, financiamiento exterior, proyectos del Fondo Nacional para la Inclusi\u00f3n Social de las Personas con Discapacidad (FONADIS) y el Plan Integral para la Promoci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (Plan Nacional ACCESAR) para municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, se definieron los representantes gubernamentales y no gubernamentales ante el Consejo de Articulaci\u00f3n de programas para personas con discapacidad del FONADIS, ante el directorio del Sistema de Prestaciones B\u00e1sicas para personas con discapacidad, ante el Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de perros gu\u00edas y de asistencia.
