{"id":12474,"date":"2023-04-05T00:19:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T03:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=12474"},"modified":"2023-04-22T00:23:59","modified_gmt":"2023-04-22T03:23:59","slug":"la-provincia-asfalto-21-cuadras-en-san-luis-del-palmar-y-sigue-haciendo-cordon-cuneta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/04\/05\/la-provincia-asfalto-21-cuadras-en-san-luis-del-palmar-y-sigue-haciendo-cordon-cuneta\/","title":{"rendered":"La Provincia asfalt\u00f3 21 cuadras en San Luis del Palmar y sigue haciendo cord\u00f3n cuneta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno Provincial concluy\u00f3 el asfaltado de 21 cuadras en&nbsp;San Luis del Palmar, al tiempo que contin\u00faa la construcci\u00f3n de cord\u00f3n cuneta en m\u00e1s de 20 cuadras de las calles San Luis y 9 de Julio de esa localidad, las que terminadas son inmediatamente enripiadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos trabajos, encarados por distintas \u00e1reas del Ministerio de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos buscan facilitar una mejor circulaci\u00f3n interna en el ejido urbano de esa ciudad a la vez de&nbsp;aportar una conexi\u00f3n directa de ingreso y egreso a la ruta provincial N\u00b0 5 que circunvala la localidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asfalto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las obras&nbsp;de pavimentaci\u00f3n con concreto asf\u00e1ltico, son ejecutadas por Vialidad Urbana, v\u00eda administraci\u00f3n, lo que implica un sustancial ahorro en costos operativos, dado que tanto el personal como la maquinaria utilizada son del Estado Provincial, al igual que la planta de procesamiento, ubicada por avenida Maip\u00fa casi ex v\u00eda,&nbsp;donde se elabora este asfalto caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las calles pavimentadas con concreto asf\u00e1ltico fueron: avenida Romero de Ber\u00f3n de Astrada a J. Arce;&nbsp;9 de Julio, entre Itat\u00ed y Ber\u00f3n de Astrada;&nbsp;Itat\u00ed de 9 de Julio a&nbsp;av. Romero;&nbsp;Ber\u00f3n de Astrada entre Rivadavia y av. Romero;&nbsp;J. Arce desde Ram\u00edrez a 9 de Julio;&nbsp;Paran\u00e1&nbsp;entre Rivadavia y av. Romero;&nbsp;Ram\u00edrez de J. Arce a&nbsp;San&nbsp;Mart\u00edn; Rosario entre J. Arce y Sarmiento;&nbsp;San&nbsp;Juan de Rivadavia a av. Romero;&nbsp;&nbsp;San&nbsp;Luis&nbsp;de J. Arce a&nbsp;San&nbsp;Mart\u00edn;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sarmiento , entre&nbsp;av. Romero y Arg\u00fcello y Tucum\u00e1n desde J. Arce a 25 de Mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En todos los casos, este asfalto fue aplicado en cuadras que ya contaban con cord\u00f3n cuneta, raz\u00f3n por la cual solo se acondicion\u00f3 el tendido de los servicios y el suelo fue mejorado con sustrato calc\u00e1reo y consolidado para luego sobre una&nbsp;calzada promedio de siete metros&nbsp;proveer una carpeta de concreto caliente de entre 8 y 10 cent\u00edmetros de espesor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cord\u00f3n Cuneta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las obras de cord\u00f3n cuneta que se ejecutan en&nbsp;la localidad alcanzan m\u00e1s de 20 cuadras, lo que totaliza alrededor de 4.400&nbsp;metros lineales de esa infraestructura vial e h\u00eddrica con sus correspondientes badenes y cruces pluviales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las calles donde se construye esta infraestructura vial son:&nbsp;San&nbsp;Luis, desde su cruce con calle 25 de Mayo hasta la intersecci\u00f3n con&nbsp;Ruta Provincial N\u00b0 5, una extensi\u00f3n cercana a los 2320 metros lineales; y la calle 9 de Julio de Sarmiento a Ruta N\u00b0 5, unos 2100 metros lineales aproximadamente.
