{"id":14137,"date":"2023-11-15T23:29:50","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T02:29:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=14137"},"modified":"2023-11-28T23:32:28","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T02:32:28","slug":"la-provincia-avanza-con-la-construccion-del-nuevo-edificio-del-cdi-mamita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/11\/15\/la-provincia-avanza-con-la-construccion-del-nuevo-edificio-del-cdi-mamita\/","title":{"rendered":"La Provincia avanza con la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo edificio del CDI \u201cMamita\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno Provincial construye un nuevo edificio&nbsp; para el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) \u201cMamita\u201d, establecimiento &nbsp;en donde adem\u00e1s de brindar contenci\u00f3n y asistencia alimentaria a m\u00e1s de &nbsp;180 ni\u00f1os de entre 45 d\u00edas y &nbsp;4 a\u00f1os de edad,&nbsp; acoge una Unidad de Gesti\u00f3n Territorial que atiende la problem\u00e1tica social de numerosas familias de Corrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra es realizada por el Ministerio de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos&nbsp; a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Planificaci\u00f3n y Obras (DPO), quien tiene la responsabilidad de la supervisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuadro de situaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El inmueble donde funcionaba este&nbsp; CDI, ubicado en Mendoza 2071, entre Lamadrid y Las Heras, presentaba &nbsp;condiciones edilicias muy deterioradas, con dos sectores bien diferenciados, el primero ubicado al frente, de m\u00e1s antig\u00fcedad,&nbsp; con mamposter\u00edas y galer\u00edas en mal estado, y el segundo en la parte posterior del predio, una construcci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos tipo CAMEA, muy estropeados y obsoletos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este cuadro de situaci\u00f3n, por expresa decisi\u00f3n del gobernador Gustavo Vald\u00e9s y tras un relevamiento t\u00e9cnico&nbsp; se resolvi\u00f3 la demolici\u00f3n total del edificio y la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo edificio en&nbsp; el mismo lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo edificio, ubicado en un terreno de 21.90 mts x 52.10 mts, es de mamposter\u00edas de ladrillos cer\u00e1micos en su totalidad, con una superficie cubierta de 731 m2, que contendr\u00e1 sendos locales: uno destinado a la Unidad de Gesti\u00f3n Territorial (U.G.T.1)&nbsp;&nbsp; y otro para el CDI \u201cMamita\u201d propiamente dicho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sectorizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00e1rea destinada a la U.G.T. tendr\u00e1 acceso independiente desde la calle y adem\u00e1s conexi\u00f3n al CDI y contar\u00e1 con espacios de espera, dos boxes administrativos y ba\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el nuevo edificio propiamente dicho del C.D.I \u201cMamita\u201d, contar\u00e1 con un acceso principal y otro de servicio desde calle Mendoza, as\u00ed como un Sal\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples (SUM), \u00e1reas de direcci\u00f3n,&nbsp; secretaria, de Gabinetes Pedag\u00f3gicos (dos), sanitarios, ba\u00f1os de maestras, vestuario y cambiador, salas de beb\u00e9s de 1,2,3, y 4, dep\u00f3sito, cocina y acceso de servicios &nbsp;y galer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"535\" src=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/b91715a506364b783626ac426c1eecfce05ee35c.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/b91715a506364b783626ac426c1eecfce05ee35c.jpg 800w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/b91715a506364b783626ac426c1eecfce05ee35c-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/b91715a506364b783626ac426c1eecfce05ee35c-768x514.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno Provincial construye un nuevo edificio&nbsp; para el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) \u201cMamita\u201d, establecimiento &nbsp;en donde adem\u00e1s de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":14138,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[15,3,7,5],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2.1 -
