Este r\u00e9cord se logr\u00f3 luego de mejorar un 7% la oferta respecto de 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"563\" src=\"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DATA_ART_3745775-1_1561336033-1024x563.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1564\" srcset=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DATA_ART_3745775-1_1561336033-1024x563.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DATA_ART_3745775-1_1561336033-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DATA_ART_3745775-1_1561336033-768x422.jpg 768w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DATA_ART_3745775-1_1561336033.jpg 1072w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2019, la industria av\u00edcola local volvi\u00f3 a crecer luego de una breve pausa un a\u00f1o antes. Los indicadores indican que la faena pas\u00f3 de 711 millones de pollos en 2018 a 756 millones el a\u00f1o pasado. El peso promedio por ave fue algo mayor, ya que la oferta de carne creci\u00f3 un punto m\u00e1s, el 7%, desde las 2.068.000 toneladas de 2018 al volumen r\u00e9cord de 2.207.000 toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este resultado muestra que el sector retom\u00f3 un ritmo de crecimiento luego de haber ca\u00eddo en sus indicadores en 2018 respecto de 2017. En realidad la oferta argentina de carne de pollos se hab\u00eda estancado a partir de 2012, cuando logr\u00f3 por primera vez atravesar el techo de 2 millones de toneladas. Hoy est\u00e1 un 10% arriba de aquella marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El repunte de la actividad tiene bastante que ver con la recuperaci\u00f3n de los negocios de exportaci\u00f3n. El Ministerio de Agricultura todav\u00eda no actualiz\u00f3 las cifras totales de 2019, pero hasta noviembre se llevaban exportadas 241 mil toneladas de carne aviar, un 38% m\u00e1s que las 174 mil toneladas vendidas al extranjero entre enero y noviembre de 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esos embarques, en los primeros once meses del a\u00f1o anterior, hab\u00edan implicado ingresos al sector por 384 millones de d\u00f3lares, casi 50% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre sin contra con los datos de diciembre pasado, el crecimiento de las ventas de pollos no fue tan acelerado en el mercado dom\u00e9stico, que el a\u00f1o pasado absorbi\u00f3 nada m\u00e1s que un 3% adicional de este tipo de carne.
