{"id":1567,"date":"2020-01-20T11:27:33","date_gmt":"2020-01-20T14:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=1567"},"modified":"2020-01-20T11:27:35","modified_gmt":"2020-01-20T14:27:35","slug":"la-lecheria-argentina-sigue-estancada-bajo-casi-2-la-oferta-total-en-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/01\/20\/la-lecheria-argentina-sigue-estancada-bajo-casi-2-la-oferta-total-en-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"La lecher\u00eda argentina sigue estancada: Baj\u00f3 casi 2% la oferta total en 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En 2019 la Argentina tuvo una producci\u00f3n de&nbsp;10.343&nbsp;millones de llitros de leche cruda, lo que implic\u00f3 una ca\u00edda de 1,75%&nbsp;respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, inform\u00f3 esta tarde el Observatorio de la Cadena L\u00e1ctea Argentina (OCLA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/tarros-de-leche.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1568\" width=\"571\" height=\"379\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El derrape de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os puede verse en esta gr\u00e1fico. Merece una aclaraci\u00f3n: a partir de 2016 la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Lecher\u00eda elabor\u00f3 una nueva serie (que se empalma desde 2015)\u00a0 y que en el gr\u00e1fico est\u00e1 indicada con la curva roja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018 hab\u00eda habido una peque\u00f1a recuperaci\u00f3n. Ese a\u00f1o la producci\u00f3n total de leche alcanzo los 10.527 millones de litros, lo que represent\u00f3 un crecimiento del 4,2% respecto al a\u00f1o 2017. Pero la ilusi\u00f3n dur\u00f3 poco y la oferta de los tambos volvi\u00f3 a caer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analizando el a\u00f1o pasado, el OCLA marc\u00f3 que el pico de m\u00ednima de producci\u00f3n, tradicionalmente en abril, esta vez \u201cse concret\u00f3 en febrero, incluso con una baja m\u00e1s pronunciada respecto a la media hist\u00f3rica\u201d. Luego, \u201ccomenz\u00f3 desde marzo un proceso ascendente, este crecimiento se mantuvo hasta el mes de octubre donde se dio el pico de m\u00e1xima producci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso a lo largo del a\u00f1o sin duda estuvo influenciado por la fuerte recuperaci\u00f3n de los precios cobrados por los productores, que cerraron 2019 en un promedio de 16,82 pesos por litro, con una recuperaci\u00f3n del 81% respecto de fin de diciembre de 2018.
