Galarza hab\u00eda amenazado al hijo de su pareja, Mar\u00eda Beatriz de los Santos, a quien mat\u00f3 en octubre del 2016. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/unnamed.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1826\" srcset=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/unnamed.jpg 700w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/unnamed-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sentencia N\u00ba 144\/19 del STJ rechaz\u00f3 el recurso de casaci\u00f3n articulado por la defensa de Juan Carlos Galarza y confirm\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n dictada por el Tribunal Oral Penal N\u00b0 2, que lo hab\u00eda condenado a 2 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n como autor material penalmente responsable del delito de coacciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galarza ya est\u00e1 condenado a prisi\u00f3n perpetua por el mismo Tribunal por el femicidio de su pareja, Mar\u00eda Beatriz de los Santos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hecho, encuadrado como Homicidio Calificado agravado por el v\u00ednculo y violencia de g\u00e9nero, ocurri\u00f3 en octubre de 2016. El hombre la prendi\u00f3 fuego delante de uno de sus hijos, quien fue testigo del episodio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta causa, lo que se analiz\u00f3 fueron las coacciones de Galarza contra el hijo: amenaz\u00f3 con matarlo si declaraba en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La defensa del condenado solicit\u00f3 la nulidad del requerimiento de elevaci\u00f3n a juicio, en una audiencia oral mantenida en la sede del Superior Tribunal de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los integrantes del Alto Cuerpo entendieron que cuando la sentencia a prisi\u00f3n perpetua quede firme, se unificar\u00e1n las condenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El voto del doctor Alejandro Chain fue acompa\u00f1ado por los Ministros doctores Guillermo Horacio Semhan, Luis Eduardo Rey V\u00e1zquez, y Fernando Augusto Niz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Corte Provincial confirm\u00f3 una sentencia dictada por el TOP N\u00ba 2 en la que se conden\u00f3 a Juan Carlos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":1826,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1825","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2.1 -
