{"id":2546,"date":"2020-06-10T21:04:27","date_gmt":"2020-06-11T00:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=2546"},"modified":"2020-06-10T21:04:29","modified_gmt":"2020-06-11T00:04:29","slug":"reanudan-por-videoconferencia-juicio-por-delitos-de-lesa-humanidad-en-tucuman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/06\/10\/reanudan-por-videoconferencia-juicio-por-delitos-de-lesa-humanidad-en-tucuman\/","title":{"rendered":"Reanudan por videoconferencia juicio por delitos de lesa humanidad en Tucum\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El juicio que investiga 366 presuntas violaciones a los derechos humanos en Tucum\u00e1n, cometidas en el inicio del Operativo Independencia, en febrero de 1975 y durante la \u00faltima dictadura, se reanudar\u00e1 ma\u00f1ana a trav\u00e9s de videoconferencia en el Tribunal Oral Federal (TOF) de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"380\" src=\"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/750x380_9001_20200213113224.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2547\" srcset=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/750x380_9001_20200213113224.jpg 750w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/750x380_9001_20200213113224-300x152.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLas audiencias del debate se reanudar\u00e1n ma\u00f1ana a las 9.30 a trav\u00e9s de videoconferencia y la sala del tribunal estar\u00e1 habilitada s\u00f3lo para las partes que deseen participar desde all\u00ed, pero los jueces participar\u00e1n remotamente\u00bb, inform\u00f3 el TOF en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las audiencias se podr\u00e1n seguir por la web a trav\u00e9s del canal de YouTube de la AM750 Tucum\u00e1n, comunic\u00f3 el tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso se inici\u00f3 9 de diciembre de 2019 y se reanud\u00f3 en febrero de este a\u00f1o, pero se interrumpi\u00f3 durante la etapa testimonial cuando se decret\u00f3 el aislamiento social por la pandemia de coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tribunal, integrado por Gabriel Casas, Carlos Jim\u00e9nez Montilla y Jos\u00e9 Quiroga Uriburu juzgar\u00e1 cinco procesos judiciales acumulados, que tuvieron tr\u00e1mites separados durante la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los procesos incluyen la segunda parte del juicio \u00abOperativo Independencia\u00bb, en el que se debatir\u00e1n los mismos casos que fueron juzgados en 2016 y 2017, pero con nuevos acusados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La otra causa, conocida como \u00abT\u00e1rtalo\u00bb, implica hechos ocurridos en la Jefatura de Polic\u00eda, que incluye casos originalmente reunidos en el juicio \u00abJefatura II\u00bb, con nuevos imputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El debate tambi\u00e9n contiene tres procesos referidos a los centros clandestinos de detenci\u00f3n \u00abArsenal\u00bb y \u00abReformatorio\u00bb, que incluyen dos v\u00edctimas nuevas: el entonces senador provincial Dardo Molina y el sastre Osvaldo Mu\u00f1oz, y juzga la responsabilidad de dos nuevos imputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voceros judiciales indicaron que, en total, son 26 los imputados de la Polic\u00eda de Tucum\u00e1n, el Ej\u00e9rcito y la Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional acusados de cometer 336 violaciones a los derechos humanos durante el inicio del Operativo Independencia y la dictadura posterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, la representaci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal ser\u00e1 ejercida por el fiscal federal Pablo Camu\u00f1a y el auxiliar fiscal Agust\u00edn Chit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se presentaron como querellantes la Secretar\u00eda de Derechos Humanos de la Naci\u00f3n y organizaciones y v\u00edctimas locales y de Santiago del Estero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El juicio que investiga 366 presuntas violaciones a los derechos humanos en Tucum\u00e1n, cometidas en el inicio del Operativo Independencia,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":2547,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2546","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sociedad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2.1 -
