orden\u00f3 hoy excarcelar o bien otorgar prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria al detenido ex abogado de L\u00e1zaro B\u00e1ez, Jorge Chueco, al anular una decisi\u00f3n contraria del Tribunal que lo juzga, que deber\u00e1 dictar un nuevo fallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/2190263-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2555\" srcset=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/2190263-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/2190263-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/2190263-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/2190263.jpg 1400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 porque la fiscal\u00eda ante el Tribunal Oral Federal 4 dictamin\u00f3 a favor de conceder alguno de estos beneficios a Chueco, pese a lo cual le fueron negados y se confirm\u00f3 su prisi\u00f3n preventiva en c\u00e1rcel com\u00fan, seg\u00fan el fallo al que accedi\u00f3 T\u00e9lam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chueco es actualmente juzgado por maniobras de lavado de dinero junto a B\u00e1ez, tambi\u00e9n preso y otros acusados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s fue enviado a juicio por la compra de un campo en Uruguay, conocido como El Entrevero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los camaristas Mariano Borinsky y Javier Carbajo hicieron lugar al recurso de Casaci\u00f3n que present\u00f3 la defensa del ex abogado de B\u00e1ez, anularon la resoluci\u00f3n del Tribunal Oral y reenviaron la causa para que se dicte un nuevo pronunciamiento en base a lo dispuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abSe advierte que la medida cautelar fue impuesta por el tribunal en exceso de la pretensi\u00f3n del representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal, ante la solicitud subsidiaria de morigeraci\u00f3n de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva formulada por la defensa\u00bb, explicaron los jueces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fiscal, quien hab\u00eda dictaminado a favor de conceder excarcelaci\u00f3n con tobillera electr\u00f3nica, \u00abemiti\u00f3 una opini\u00f3n que posee el suficiente anclaje jur\u00eddico-legal para ser considerada razonable y fundada\u00bb, agregaron los jueces de Casaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chueco est\u00e1 detenido desde el 19 de abril de 2016 y al momento de mostrarse favorable a la excarcelaci\u00f3n la fiscal\u00eda argument\u00f3 que los hechos investigados ocurrieron \u00abhace casi diez a\u00f1os\u00bb y la inexistencia de riesgos procesales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al rechazar excarcelarlo, el Tribunal Oral mencion\u00f3 que seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n Chueco tendr\u00eda una cuenta bancaria en el exterior con unos 850 mil d\u00f3lares y existe la \u00abfirme sospecha -acreditada por la documentaci\u00f3n remitida por Suiza y Bahamas- de que parte de los fondos originariamente expatriados se encontrar\u00edan a\u00fan ocultos en productos bancarios del extranjero\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, se record\u00f3 que Chueco intent\u00f3 escaparse del pa\u00eds cuando se dict\u00f3 orden de captura en su contra y fue apresado en Paraguay con identidad falsa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
