{"id":2954,"date":"2020-06-29T15:05:58","date_gmt":"2020-06-29T18:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=2954"},"modified":"2020-06-29T15:06:01","modified_gmt":"2020-06-29T18:06:01","slug":"el-juez-que-gestiona-el-concurso-de-vicentin-trabajo-20-anos-para-el-banco-nacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/06\/29\/el-juez-que-gestiona-el-concurso-de-vicentin-trabajo-20-anos-para-el-banco-nacion\/","title":{"rendered":"El juez que gestiona el concurso de Vicentin trabaj\u00f3 20 a\u00f1os para el Banco Naci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El juez Fabi\u00e1n Lorenzini, quien tiene a su cargo el concurso de acreedores de Vicentin, trabaj\u00f3 durante 20 a\u00f1os para la sucursal Reconquista del Banco Naci\u00f3n y firm\u00f3 resoluciones que involucraban a empresas de ese grupo, por lo cual podr\u00eda ser recusado en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, informaron hoy fuentes de la entidad crediticia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/th-3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2955\" width=\"437\" height=\"246\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los voceros confirmaron a la agencia T\u00e9lam que Lorenzini, titular del Juzgado en lo Civil y Comercial n\u00famero 2 de Reconquista, \u00abfue asesor legal del banco e intervino en cuestiones vinculadas al grupo Vicentin\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorenzini fue asesor de la sucursal Reconquista del BNA entre 1999 y 2018 y firm\u00f3 resoluciones sobre empresas que pertenecen al grupo cuya sede central es la ciudad de Avellaneda, como Buyanor S.A., Biogas Avellaneda y Renopack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las fuentes a\u00f1adieron que en la entidad crediticia, uno de los principales acreedores de Vicentin, \u00abse est\u00e1 estudiando el tema\u00bb de presentar una recusaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un informe del banco indica que Lorenzini fue apoderado de la sucursal de Reconquista, cuyo principal cliente son las empresas del Grupo Vicentin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, firm\u00f3 dict\u00e1menes que involucraron a Buyanor SA (el 27 de abril del 2018), Biog\u00e1s Avellaneda SA (el 9 de octubre del 2018) y Renopack SA (el 26 octubre 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los voceros consultados consideraron que el hecho que Lorenzini haya firmado dict\u00e1menes hace poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o sobre esas empresas, en su anterior condici\u00f3n de apoderado del Banco Naci\u00f3n, podr\u00eda \u00ablimitar su imparcialidad\u00bb ahora que es juez del concurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al Naci\u00f3n le \u00abllam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n\u00bb que en ocasi\u00f3n que el Estado decret\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de Vicentin el juez resolvi\u00f3 no pronunciarse sobre la cuesti\u00f3n de fondo pero s\u00ed decidir que los interventores designados pasaran a ser solo veedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n caus\u00f3 extra\u00f1eza que devolviera el control de la firma al mismo directorio que la llev\u00f3 a una situaci\u00f3n de deterioro que desemboc\u00f3 en el concurso de acreedores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El juez Fabi\u00e1n Lorenzini, quien tiene a su cargo el concurso de acreedores de Vicentin, trabaj\u00f3 durante 20 a\u00f1os para<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":2955,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[4,11],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2954","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-economia","category-nacionales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2.1 -
