El Gobierno nacional aclar\u00f3 la forma en la que las distintas fuerzas de seguridad actuar\u00e1n ante quienes circulen sin su permiso<\/a>  o realicen actividades<\/strong> en incumplimiento del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las alternativas incluyen:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– Orden inmediata de regreso al lugar de origen de parte del infractor de acuerdo al tipo de anomal\u00eda detectada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Demora del infractor a la espera de la decisi\u00f3n del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Detenci\u00f3n del infractor de acuerdo al incumplimiento del art\u00edculo 239 del C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Secuestro del veh\u00edculo del infractor por incumplimiento de los art\u00edculos 205 y 239 del C\u00f3digo Penal. La decisi\u00f3n de los pasos siguientes respecto del veh\u00edculo es competencia del Poder Judicial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– En el caso de andenes de trenes, se labra el acta de infracci\u00f3n y se informa al Poder Judicial que dispone los pasos a seguir respecto de lo informado por la autoridad policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– En caso que se detecten s\u00edntomas compatibles con covid-19, se ordena el regreso al lugar de origen para el cumplimiento de la cuarentena, siguiendo las indicaciones del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
