{"id":3399,"date":"2020-08-21T20:47:33","date_gmt":"2020-08-21T23:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=3399"},"modified":"2020-08-21T20:47:36","modified_gmt":"2020-08-21T23:47:36","slug":"emprendimientos-forestales-tienen-moratoria-para-regularizar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/08\/21\/emprendimientos-forestales-tienen-moratoria-para-regularizar\/","title":{"rendered":"Emprendimientos forestales tienen moratoria para regularizar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los emprendimientos forestales logrados tienen una moratoria del Instituto Correntino del Agua y del Ambiente (ICAA) establecida por Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 231\/, con el objeto de regularizar el cumplimiento de las normativas ambientales vigentes seg\u00fan lo establece la Ley de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental N\u00b0 5076 y normativas conexas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/imagen-11934-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/imagen-11934-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/imagen-11934-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/imagen-11934-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/imagen-11934-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/imagen-11934.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida se estableci\u00f3 en el marco de las normativas para la actividad forestal, ley de inversiones para bosques cultivados con sus modificatorias, y Ley Provincial N\u00ba 6.532 de adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional N\u00ba 27.487, de pr\u00f3rroga y modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley Nacional N\u00ba 25.080, que en conjunto establecen promociones e importantes beneficios y un marco regulatorio para la actividad forestal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se consider\u00f3 oportuno generar un instrumento que permita regularizar la actividad forestal correspondiente a plantaciones que ya fueron realizadas en lo que respecta a la gesti\u00f3n ambiental, a trav\u00e9s de la presentaci\u00f3n de un formulario que tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter de declaraci\u00f3n jurada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dicho formulario se solicitar\u00e1 entre otros aspectos, datos generales del titular del proyecto y propietarios, del&nbsp;&nbsp;inmueble afectado a la plantaci\u00f3n, caracter\u00edsticas del emprendimiento forestal, en caso de desarrollarse en \u00c1rea de Reserva o Parques Provinciales\/Nacionales se deber\u00e1 presentar la autorizaci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n de Parques y Reserva del Ministerio de Turismo de la Provincia de Corrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, en el formulario se deber\u00e1 completar aspectos relativos al suelo, hidrolog\u00eda, preparaci\u00f3n del terreno, forma de aplicaci\u00f3n de agroqu\u00edmicos, social, principales centros poblados cercanos a la actividad, n\u00famero de personas radicadas en el predio y en inmediaciones, presencia de Pueblos Originarios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los emprendimientos forestales logrados tienen una moratoria del Instituto Correntino del Agua y del Ambiente (ICAA) establecida por Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":3400,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[3,10],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3399","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politica","category-produccion"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2.1 -
