{"id":3542,"date":"2020-09-19T20:53:49","date_gmt":"2020-09-19T23:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=3542"},"modified":"2020-09-19T20:54:15","modified_gmt":"2020-09-19T23:54:15","slug":"ordenan-investigar-a-funcionarios-y-empresarios-por-la-no-apertura-de-una-zona-franca-en-corrientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/09\/19\/ordenan-investigar-a-funcionarios-y-empresarios-por-la-no-apertura-de-una-zona-franca-en-corrientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordenan investigar a funcionarios y empresarios por la no apertura de una zona franca en Paso de los Libres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La C\u00e1mara Federal de Apelaciones de Corrientes orden\u00f3 reabrir una causa para investigar a exfuncionarios y empresarios vinculados al control, adjudicaci\u00f3n y puesta en funcionamiento de una zona franca que finalmente no se abri\u00f3 en la ciudad fronteriza de Paso de los Libres, informaron hoy fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/th-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3543\" width=\"537\" height=\"384\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que en 2016 el Juzgado Federal de Paso de los Libres dictara sus sobreseimientos, la C\u00e1mara Federal de Corrientes dispuso que vuelvan a ser investigados los empresarios Ram\u00f3n Nazareno Fita, Eduardo N\u00e9stor Taratuty, V\u00edctor Hugo Argentino Bonnet, N\u00e9stor Juan De Lisio y Esteban Horacio Canteros, el exministro de la Producci\u00f3n Javier Arturo Frattini y el actual ministro de Turismo de Corrientes, Sebasti\u00e1n Ariel Slobayen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A todo el grupo se le imputa el delito de defraudaci\u00f3n en perjuicio de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y, adem\u00e1s, a los ministros tambi\u00e9n se les endilgan los de abuso de autoridad e incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionarios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida, firmada el martes y conocida hoy, fue dispuesta por la C\u00e1mara integrada por los jueces Luis Gonz\u00e1lez, Selva Spessot y Mirtha Sotelo de Andreau, a instancias de un pedido del fiscal federal Carlos Schaefer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico sostuvo en su dictamen que \u201cse produjo la compra de la Zona Franca por parte de los empresarios privados que fueron indagados y sobrese\u00eddos, y que ellos nunca invirtieron para que la misma funcione\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEllo \u2013a\u00f1adi\u00f3- debido a la falta de control del Comit\u00e9 de Vigilancia, provocando un perjuicio a la sociedad y al Estado, al ser adjudicatarios y no explotarla\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ese Comit\u00e9 de Vigilancia hab\u00eda sido conformado por el Gobierno de Corrientes en 2003, oportunidad en la que se nombr\u00f3 presidente a Frattinil, por entonces ministro de la Producci\u00f3n de Corrientes, quien ces\u00f3 en sus funciones en 2005 y fue reemplazado por Slobayen, en febrero de 2011, cuando se desempe\u00f1aba como secretario de Planificaci\u00f3n provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previamente, el 1 de marzo de 2002, se cre\u00f3 Zona Franca Paso de los Libres S.A un grupo empresario constituido por Ttamgo S.A., Armando Di Dom\u00e9nico y Asociados S.A, El Corral\u00f3n el Faro S.R.L, An\u00edbal G. Curotto y Sorribes y Asociados S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cinco meses despu\u00e9s, el 28 de agosto de 2002, este grupo empresario result\u00f3 adjudicatario por licitaci\u00f3n para la concesi\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n, explotaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento de la Zona Franca por Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 81\/2002 del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hasta la actualidad ese espacio libre de tasas retributivas para la importaci\u00f3n no fue puesto en funcionamiento, y solo se realizaron tareas de desmonte, nivelaci\u00f3n y enripiado de las v\u00edas de ingreso, y relleno del terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En agosto de 2011, Esteban Canteros, presidente del grupo adjudicatario, solicit\u00f3 la cesi\u00f3n de la totalidad de las acciones al grupo integrado por las empresas Global Victory Group S.A, Searen S.A, y London Supply Group, que se denomin\u00f3 Paso de los Libres Zona Franca, sin embargo, la empresa solicit\u00f3 su liquidaci\u00f3n el 22 de mayo de 2012.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La C\u00e1mara Federal de Apelaciones de Corrientes orden\u00f3 reabrir una causa para investigar a exfuncionarios y empresarios vinculados al control,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":3544,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[10,7],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3542","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-produccion","category-provincia"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2.1 -
