En este marco se llev\u00f3 a cabo una reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Interinstitucional en Curuz\u00fa Cuati\u00e1. Se organizaron trabajos en terreno que comprenden charlas en las escuelas, entre otros aspectos y que se realizar\u00e1n la primera semana de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E<\/em>l Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica de la Provincia, a trav\u00e9s del Programa Provincial de Hidatidosis, que depende de la Direcci\u00f3n de Enfermedades Vectoriales y Zoonosis, particip\u00f3 de una reuni\u00f3n interinstitucional en Curuz\u00fa Cuati\u00e1, en la cual se planificaron acciones de concientizaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de la Hidatidosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNos hemos reunido en Curuz\u00fa Cuati\u00e1 con la Comisi\u00f3n Interinstitucional de lucha contra la Hidatidosis, que est\u00e1 integrada por la Municipalidad de Curuz\u00fa Cuati\u00e1, el Consejo Provincial de M\u00e9dicos Veterinarios, el INTA, el SENASA; la FU.CO.SA<\/a>, el Ministerio de la Producci\u00f3n de la Provincia, la Sociedad Rural de Curuz\u00fa Cuati\u00e1, la UEP Ley Ovina Corrientes, el Rotary Club de Curuz\u00fa Cuati\u00e1, Mundo Sano y el Programa Provincial de Hidatidosis\u201d, dijo la directora de Enfermedades Vectoriales y Zoonosis del Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia, Lilian Perc\u00edncula<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Explic\u00f3 que se \u201ctrabaj\u00f3 en el marco de la organizaci\u00f3n de la Semana de la Hidatidosis, que se planea llevar a cabo la primera semana de noviembre, se invit\u00f3 al Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n a realizar diferentes actividades de difusi\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n desde las escuelas con participaci\u00f3n de toda la comunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstuvieron presentes adem\u00e1s la senadora provincial electa Ver\u00f3nica Esp\u00edndola y el actual senador provincial Dar\u00edo Botero, ya que se logr\u00f3 la media sanci\u00f3n en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Provincia de la Adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley Nacional 12732\/41 de Hidatidosis\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HIDATIDOSIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es una enfermedad producida por un par\u00e1sito que se llama Echinococcus granulosus y que transmite el perro a trav\u00e9s de su materia fecal. Cuando el perro infectado elimina su materia fecal, salen con ella miles de huevos del par\u00e1sito que contaminan el agua, el pasto, la tierra, las verduras y hasta quedan adheridos en el pelo del mismo perro. Cuando las ovejas comen los huevos con el pasto o el agua, en sus \u00f3rganos (pulmones e h\u00edgado, entre otros) se forman los quistes. Si el perro es alimentado con estas v\u00edsceras enfermas, en su intestino se forman otra vez los par\u00e1sitos, y empieza el ciclo nuevamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La infecci\u00f3n se produce cuando los huevos del par\u00e1sito llegan a la boca de las personas (principalmente de los ni\u00f1os) y esto ocurre por actividades como: darle besos al perro, dejarse lamer por el perro, comer verduras contaminadas, tomar agua contaminada, entre otras cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
