{"id":5965,"date":"2021-10-25T21:27:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T00:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/?p=5965"},"modified":"2021-10-30T21:57:53","modified_gmt":"2021-10-31T00:57:53","slug":"el-icaa-dispuso-nueva-metodologia-para-establecer-multas-y-sanciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntodereferencia.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/10\/25\/el-icaa-dispuso-nueva-metodologia-para-establecer-multas-y-sanciones\/","title":{"rendered":"El ICAA dispuso nueva metodolog\u00eda para establecer multas y sanciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>IMPACTO AMBIENTAL<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto Correntino del Agua y del Ambiente (ICAA) inform\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 449\/21 del 18 de octubre de 2021 qued\u00f3 establecido el r\u00e9gimen de multas y sanciones para todos aquellos proyectos que no cumplan con la Ley N\u00ba 5.067 de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa establece una F\u00f3rmula Polin\u00f3mica seg\u00fan el Nivel de Complejidad Ambiental (NCA) de la Resoluci\u00f3n ICAA N\u00ba 366\/16 y sus modificatorias, estableciendo la cantidad de litros seg\u00fan sea el NCA Compatible, Moderado, Severo o Cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n la f\u00f3rmula considera las infracciones y agravantes, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n los costos asociados que pueden incrementar la cantidad de litros final para establecer el valor de la multa\/ sanci\u00f3n a aplicar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo se estableci\u00f3 que en los casos que el ICAA lo determine, se podr\u00e1 exigir la restituci\u00f3n del ambiente al estado anterior y\/o la destrucci\u00f3n de lo realizado, a costa del infractor, independientemente de las acciones por da\u00f1o y perjuicio al ambiente que correspondieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se indican adem\u00e1s que los valores de las multas se tomar\u00e1n fijando el valor de litro de nafta y se actualizar\u00e1n cada seis meses (con vigencia a partir de 01 de enero y 01 de julio de cada a\u00f1o), tomando como referencia el valor de litro de nafta s\u00faper del Autom\u00f3vil Club Argentino de la ciudad de Corrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 449\/21, publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial N\u00ba 28.396 del 20 de octubre reciente, est\u00e1 disponible en la p\u00e1gina web&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/4ue34.r.ag.d.sendibm3.com\/mk\/cl\/f\/_XLbjZgoqkTpzOgP_rA6xdobr87slZ1HU889g4XKvwgrVlNdvhoERAyChfZ5tuluF-_ZUndNPhtUN2vPiiPl2p4gs4Lf7t2Ri0FbIPUOiUliKkcpMqLNGh0jQsyAImUHuUk4K2RGcbNUTIphSMjHLTd6OjCMQBLTpDcYhdvkJOMUtRSKJDmjc2Wip2lbZrr7bZOz3wrgb6wNW2-Y84YI5dQn4Pag2FGAjfX06qYMd2NaGuGAfU5Ug8NvzWjT4u-TBSazsA6nQucwevRTJEnyRZEqa6M0h1wbGxOO0h6FfkH9PStwnjwQF3pSI1rx-_MVSsUXbGvMmgaCRTsD9rwB2jp2yR9MFNkXV0fVgcVmhs8fVa0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>icaa.gov.ar<\/em><\/a>&nbsp;en la secci\u00f3n normativas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IMPACTO AMBIENTAL El Instituto Correntino del Agua y del Ambiente (ICAA) inform\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 449\/21<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":5966,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5965","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sociedad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.2.1 -
