El doctor Buenaventura Duarte consider\u00f3 que los nuevos C\u00f3digos Procesales que tiene la provincia modernizan la administraci\u00f3n de justicia y facilitan la resoluci\u00f3n de los conflictos que tienen los ciudadanos, en plazos razonables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa provincia de Corrientes tiene un C\u00f3digo Procesal Civil y Comercial de vanguardia, cumpliendo con la Modernizaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de los modernos c\u00f3digos. Adem\u00e1s, se incorporan institutos que dar\u00e1n al ciudadano respuestas en tiempo razonable\u00bb, asever\u00f3 el ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la provincia, Buenaventura Duarte, quien particip\u00f3 del acto de lanzamiento desarrollado en el sal\u00f3n auditorio del noveno piso del edificio judicial de 9 de Julio y San Juan, de la capital de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duarte destac\u00f3 \u201clas innovaciones\u201d que, en materia de procedimiento, introduce la Ley provincial N\u00famero 6556 a la forma de administrar justicia en materia Civil y Comercial como \u201cla inmediaci\u00f3n, la oralidad y la determinaci\u00f3n de un plazo razonable para dictar sentencia cumplen con los preceptos constitucionales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El funcionario tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 la tarea superlativa que desarrollaron todos los intervinientes en el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n del anteproyecto de Ley, de los integrantes de las comisiones redactoras y de los legisladores provinciales; en la sanci\u00f3n de una nueva norma que tambi\u00e9n adopta el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda como el domicilio electr\u00f3nico y la notificaci\u00f3n digital, que encaminan hacia la despapelizaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPara la provincia contar con un C\u00f3digo Procesal de estas caracter\u00edsticas representa un avance significativo a la hora de solucionar los diferentes conflictos que se plantean en el seno de la sociedad\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Buenaventura Duarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ministro tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 que \u201clas instituciones republicanas funcionan cuando los tres poderes articulan sus esfuerzos para dise\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de calidad y sin dudas que todo el proceso de renovaci\u00f3n de los c\u00f3digos procesales que ya est\u00e1n convertidos en ley como el Penal, de Familia, y ahora el Civil y Comercial, o los que esperan completar sanci\u00f3n como el Administrativo y el Laboral, apuntan a ese objetivo que es, tal como lo se\u00f1alaron los ministros del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, pol\u00edtica de Estado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El funcionario agradeci\u00f3 finalmente \u201ca todos los actores que operan en colaboraci\u00f3n con el sistema de justicia como los abogados, escribanos y por supuesto jueces, funcionarios del Ministerio P\u00fablico y la gran familia judicial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
